Default 2002 astro van no start HELP

astro van no start
new fuel pump
spark good
MAF, ECT normal when live at Tech 2.

What else could have caused this?

Background? Did you buy it this way? Theft system?
MAF and ECT normal. Since it don't run what did MAF read while cranking? What does the ECT read?

key on then Security light disappears after a few seconds.

key on fuel pressure 60psi

ECT Provide the temperature at that time about 70F

MAF I don't know the normal values, but the cranking MAF numbers are moving.
MAF confirmed that they switched with S10 Blazer.

With spark and fuel (injectors working) the only other things are compression and timing.

Go back out, gently step on the throttle pedal. Key thing here is we want the butterfly plate to crack open. Let'* say at most 10% TPS value. Then proceed to crank the engine. If I suspect, the engine should start then rev a little high, but if you let off the throttle, it might stall. Attempt again. If it continues to stall a few times, then eventually stays running, check/clean IAC pintle operation.
