Turns over but won't start. Changed fuel pump and crank shaft sensor. What else could be wrong?

Did you check fuel pressure before replacing the pump?

Do you have spark? Injector pulse? Any codes?

If you have spark on all cylinders, and PLENTY OF FUEL PRESSURE, as indicated with a gage on the system, then I am thinking you might have a PassLock Security problem, which disables the injectors....

Easiest way to check this? Can of carb cleaner........crank vehicle, doesn't start.....now spray carb cleaner into the throttle body, and then try to start vehicle....if it almost starts, or starts/runs for a few seconds(as carb cleaner is used up), my guess is the PassLock system....

You say there are no codes....but you need a scan tool capable of reading "B" codes, which most cheap scanners/code readers can't do......

GM screwed up with their SECURITY lights, as far as Passlock was concerned......

With the PassKey system, you knew right away.....turn the key on, the SECURITY LIGHT COMES ON FOR 3 SECONDS AND GOES OUT....IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM, THE LIGHT WOULD STAY ON....

Not the same with PassLock....turn key to on, and SECURITY LIGHT comes on and stays on, it does not go out....it only goes out if the car starts.....so you have no indication if you have a Passlock problem....under certain conditions, sometimes when you turn the key to on, the SECURITY LIGHT will flash, indicating a problem, but that doesn't happen all the time....

Noid light is the proper tool for checking to see if the fuel injectors are getting thier impulse signal.
