Caddo de 1993 is on a distinguished road
Default Transmission 4T60E

First *.e.*. light on with tcc problem. Reset obd. Speedometer bouncing up and down. Fuel use gph reading and not reading. Not starting out in first gear. Am manually shifting now. Now, OBD given different codes. Reset and now only a powers tearing code, but still not shifting properly.

1993 Deville, right?

How many miles on it?

How many miles have you owned it?

How long have you owned it?

When was the last transmission service?

Is the transmission fluid full?

What part of the world does it live in?

Also, what are the exact code numbers it was throwing?

Have you checked all fuses to confirm they are still good?

How many miles have you owned it? We'd like to know this because if you just bought it we might look at it as a complete unknown, and if you've owned it a while we might ask you for some history.

Is the transmission fluid full? We'd like to know this as it is an easy issue that could cause transmission problems, and is easy to solve.

How many miles since the transmission service?

Did the problems start soon after the transmission service?

. . . and don't forget:
