radiator fan runs constantly engine off?
If you're having a good day, then the fuse is stuck on. Fuses do not turn on and off. They connect a circuit with a piece of metal that melts when too much current goes through. When this happens, it is done and will never work again. You have something that'* supplying the proper amount of power when it should not provide any power. That is likely a relay or something controlling a relay. Next step: Troubleshoot on the control side of the relay.

Well here is my update>
After all is said and done whatever fuse (#13500114, 8385) that I pulled and then replace back into the same location has fixed the issue. At least for now. I have driven about 150 miles and all is well. The fan runs as needed and turn off when the ending stops..
If and when it reoccurs I will be back with addition information..
I have not been able to locate and get a copy of the wiring schematic but I will continue to look as I am sure that I will need it later..
Thank you for you assistance with this.
