what is the correct name for the rear tie rod ends?
hey guys. in an effort to fix my rear end shaking issue i plan on replacing the rear tie rod ends while im replacing the struts and brakes.
problem is, its apparently not called a tie rod and my only option so far is buy the whole "track bar"
it looks like its easily removable from the track bar itself. any help/ info is much appreciated. thanks guys.

FANTASTIC! thanks a million!
EDIT:
after running the number on google, it seems that is also the entire arm. im looking for just the end piece... looks like it clamps onto the arm itself with 2 bolts. the bushing on the car side is in good shape. according to alldata, they used this arm on cars from 97-2011. i cant imagine someone doesn't sell just the part that clamps on. i think if i can find just the end piece it will be much cheaper than the entire arm.

Agree with the others, I don't think you can find just the ball joint end, it is so cheap that you may as well replace the whole thing.
