An oopsie has come to mind.
The HB Bolt looks like it is TTY. I presume it means that it should be replaced, but where can I get another one? I can't even find a listing for it?

Ive removed that bolt before using a long breaker bar. Lowering the car enough so it would sit against the ground & giv the engine a crank or two to break it loose. Works like a charm every time!

BOLT. Engine Crankshaft Pulley and Balancer.
1993 Buick Park Avenue ULTRA.
Stock Code 24504736
Found that for 13.94 plus shipping.
I know it says Ultra, but it should be the same bolt, it is listed as 126 in the diagram I am attaching, I see a washer listed and in the diagram, but I see it says it is not needed, I have not removed one yet myself, so I am not sure if you need one or not, I am sure if yours had one you could just reuse it.
