Harmonic Balancer and Loaner Puller from Autozone!

I remember reading that these were not good..has any one had a good experience with them or any tips or suggestions to using these?

Puller Issue?

I usually just use a normal crow'* feet puller, haven't ever used one from Auto Zone, but a crow'* feet puller will work.

Crow'* feet puller

I had one here but you can purchase one from just about any local auto parts store or a store that sells mechanics tools.
