Drivers window works half the time and radio won't turn off

You are right Soft Ride, I went to the owner'* manual, page 10-43, they list 17 "K" relays(underhood fuse block), but my relays are not located there......they are suppose to be with the I/P fuse block, but when you go there you only see fuses in the pic....

I’ve called several dealerships around my area and they’ve all said a tech 2 will not solve this issue and that’* it’* strictly an electrical issue. I’ve looked and looked at the wires and they all look good. Do you believe a tech 2 could pin point my issues?
