Just an FYI, the 95'* were hybrid to OBD2. Though they have the OBD2 connector, they are actually OBD1.5. Not 1.0, but 1.5.

Does the car actually run?

Check for Spark? Fuel pressure?

Try starting with the MAF disconnected?
