i was only going to start it for 20 seconds or less just to see if the noise is gone. the battery is fine, worst case i jump it after.

for bearings i was asking if a main or rod bearing could make a noise like that. if those bearings are the problem im just going to get her a new supercharger.

I'm curious if you ever found out what your problem was? After listening to your YouTube, our 98' Regal now has the same sound! Hubby is stumped and BTW, our is throwing a code P0303 with it. Did your'* throw a code too?

No not yet, picked up an in/lb torque wrench the other day so the snout if not the whole blower will be coming off soon.
