Post 2004 Buick Regal V6 3.8L Issue

So I've been having this issue with my car.
When my car is idling and warms up I push down on my gas pedal it will begin to stick.
ill release it and it wont go back in its original position unless I turn the car off and leave
it alone for a little. I've read some forms online and ended up trying to clean the butterfly
valve in the throttle body because people said it can be from that, but that didn't end up
working. I also tried to to scan it with a obd2 reader and no codes posted. Can someone
please help me and give me some insight on this I have no clue what to do. thank you.

Does it stick all the way down or slightly down or somewhere in between?

If you disconnect the throttle cable from the throttle body does it still stick?

If you disconnect the throttle cable from the throttle body does the throttle-body lever stick?

take some electronics cleaner and spray the spring mechanisms on the side of the tub. And show us what it looks like. Also check your linkage which follows to the firewall for kinks or visible damage. With accelerator unstuck, pull the throttle with your hand at the butterfly snd see if it sticks or if the linkage bunches up and doesn’t go into the sheath

I know its obvious but check and make sure the floor mat isn't pushing up against your gas pedal.
