Thanks saved it from being scrapped because the brake lines were bad. The motor runs good it'* throwing some codes I'm trying to Fix working on it slowly. The P1200 code has me stumped, hoping that a tune up corrects the P0303 code

Welcome to the Forum Paul!
3.8'* are great motors, the 97 Regal is a nice car, and I am happy you did not scrap it!
If you need a hand on the misfire codes, just start a new thread in the Buick section, and I am confident some knowledgeable replies will help you along.

Welcome to GM Forum! A very nice ride.

I remember P1200 is a fuel injector circuit code. I got one when I knocked one of the fuel injector plugs loose. Post something in the Buick section and see what the gearheads say.
