When you press the switch for the heated seat, do you hear a click from the seat module under the seat?

If yes, then you probably have an open circuit......the seat pad and the back pad are wired in series, so if either fails, the whole thing fails.....they sell replacement pads in a kit....you remove the seat covers, place the new pads(they come with adhesive backing) over the old ones, attach the wiring, and reinstall the covering....

Disconnect connector C2 from seat module.....attach ohm meter to terminals A and C of harness......if you read OL/infinite resistance, that verifies the open circuit in one of the pads.....the kit comes with with both pads....

Thank you TechII
so I did the test , first I didn't heard the clicking , so I start to search and found that my seat heat button not working . I replace it and start to hear the clicking noise but it still not working , the light "HI" or "LOW" not turn on .
so I did the C2 connector test , A and C wires (red and black) and it show OL in the ohm test .

the pads need to replaced ?
please anyone have a link to the pads that I need ?

Thank you alot !
