One of my trucks would do that when braking..Untill i replaced the tie rods pitman idler idler bracket and dag lings..So check your tie rods make sure (even though) you replaced them) that they are still fine.also it could be possible you have a rubber brake line on thee front corroding from the inside out causing it not to get as much pressure as the other
