Default Scraping sound after replacing brakes and rotors

I just replaced the front brake pads and rotors on my 96 Bonneville SE. Now when I'm driving, there'* a scraping sound. Not when I brake, but when I'm stepping on the gas. Is this the brake pad having contact with the rotor, and if so, how do I go about fixing it. Thank you.

I checked the brake line, and it'* out of the way. Driving in reverse slowly, there'* a clicking sound. Rather audible. Driving forward, there'* also a sound, but it'* much less audible.

Jack the car up and spin the wheel and see if you can track down the sound that way.

A clicking sound hat is usually a bad CV joint find what side the sound it and look to see if you have a cut boot.

I found out what it was. My hub caps are being held on by zip ties, and with the caliper being spread out further due to a thicker rotor and thicker pads, the zip tie was hitting the caliper.
