2000 Buick Century Instrument Cluster
Hi, I recently purchased a low mileage (86K) 2000 Buick Century sedan 3.1 v-6 I started having a problem with the instrument cluster. A few of the gauges worked, but not much else I have driven it for a few days, now the entire cluster stopped functioning. In searching around it "seems" like the entire cluster needs to be removed and repaired or replaced. Am I correct, and if so, is there a place that sells replacement units or repairs them? The car runs and drives fine, so I would like to get it right, I'm just not sure how? Any help much appreciated Thank YOU!!
It probably only needs (4) new 150 ohm resistors to be soldered in place.
Any auto electrical shop may be able to help if you are not up to the soldering challenge.
The video author could also be contacted.
There are also online videos to help with removal of dash panels & then the cluster.
