I find it funny how your odometer in your instrument cluster goes out and the dealer tells you need a $500 cluster. i have fixed many of them by replacing the resistors on the back of the cluster! another way the dealer tried to rip me off!! ha

just replaced another set of resistors in a instrument cluster for the burned out lcd display!! another success!!

The dealer does not repair clusters, they replace them......

So what you can do, if you have the ability to remove a cluster, and you don't have the ability to solder, is eliminate the middle man and order one directly from the radio shop ......
