a pair of 10" subs in the rear deck would be nice, and all you would need is 130W rms for each sub for them to reach maximum excursion. no cutting or boxes either. just make a baffel out of 3/4" MDF and mount it to the deck

Who said anything about 130w rms? Each sub is different...

subs in the rear deck would need to be free air subs. They use the trunk as an enclosure basically.... A decent setup in a decent box will be fine though..

i was just estimating, it does vary from sub to sub

besides, i would think he wants to use a good sub or two

I know a kid who has a 10" free-air sub on his rear deck along with two more 10"* in his trunk. Sounds really nice too.

if you are looking for cheap half way decent bass those will work...but if you want really high quality music along the whole low frequency range then I would reccomend something better.

what kind of "subwoofer" is that? it doesnt even play under 35hz. thats horrible
