you mount them with screws?

or would they go through the door panel?

I know mine are inside the door cavity too, but I had a shop install them. I like the way 93SLE has the capacitor screwed to the dood panel. Mine might even just be laying in the door cavity, I'm not sure. They're usually pretty lightweight, so you can stick them anywhere there'* room. In the door you just want to make sure they don't get in the way of the window mechanism.
