Audio (and aftermarket electronics) This is your place for alarms, remote starters, to brag about your system, exaggerate your db levels, or simply ask questions for stock or aftermarket audio. No Flames! (except from roasted amps)

Just got some subs..

Don't buy Volfenhag, it is complete and total junk. I'd go with a good proven amp such as pioneer, kenwood, RF, etc. Also, the wiring kits at walmart work just fine, I bought one myself. As for Jensen stuff, the do have a bad reputation but are slowly getting better. I bought a pair of Jensen 6x9'* about two years ago and the actually sound better than Kenwood, and pioneer 6x9'* I've heard. They still don't come anywhere near the sound quality of the Infinity 6x9'* though.

Duh i'd get rockford fosgate if i really wanted to...but man i don't. I just want a system without spending an arm and a leg ..just for thump thump in my trunk. My friend has the volvenhagen 800w amp in his car pushin 2 12'* and it pushes them nicely. I don't want the nicest system out there..lol.
