Default Antenna end size in trunk

I am getting an FM modulator and am wondering about the size of the antenna end at the power antenna motor in the trunk (GM small or normal), and if is designed to come out. If I could avoid the cost of using adapters I will. The modulator has enough wire to run to the interior. I assume running it behind the radio means I will have to buy adapters...

Thanks!

Well, I dunno if this is really relevant, but I recently replaced my power antenna and it came out fine. The main motor should be attached with 2 screws on a bracket, and the antenna screws in with a couple nuts here and there.

If this is what you wanted to know, or need more info, I'll be happy to try and help

Also, I'm not entirely sure how big it is, but it'* easy to check... just open the trunk and pull out the trunk liner on that side near the wheel well and it should be right there.

Thanks! And yes, the antenna end is "normal non-GM" size. If the wire is long enough, I won't have to take the radio out or get adapters...
