Today dropped my baby off to get some small things done, one was to track down my Alt whine in the front pass tweet. Ended up relocating all my grounds. So glad that'* fixed. Also had my trunk lid mirror re-cut again for the 4th time cause it would eventually fall down and get scratched. So My buddy Joe ended up re-wraping the deck lid again in the same black carpet and made a new mold and cut the plexi-mirror with a beveled edge to lock that baby in place for the last time. Steering wheel remote re-programmed, some how mine fell out of sinc with my Alpine.
Also when the did my viper 791 they put the hood release right in the corner were my thasher CAI box is, had them move it to the other side so when I get motivated I can seal up the box better and wrap it in insulation material.
Happy all my stereo issues are resolved, now If I could only get ride of my winter rattles, this cold sure does make my baby rattle let me tell you. I see more dynamat in my spring future.

Well yesterday the other installer Joe worked on my car, My main guy Tiger is out with a hernated disc, no crawling around in cars for a while, only doing sales. Anyway, Joe did my remote start last week and did a perfect job, he told me that he eye'd some of Tigers wiring and noticed there was a ground contact on the battery he didn't like. Not sure which battery either. He took off all the grounds off the battery and put them on the seatbelt bolt/ frame conection. Then took some 0 gauge and grounded both batteries to the frame also. Did the trick.
Along the trouble shooting process, I had the following replaced
New RCA'* 3 sets worth, with 2 different types of RCA'* even ran them outside the car.
New MB quart crossover,
New MB tweet
New JL 450.4 amp
And actually got another Alpine 7998 at the start cause the first one was wacked
All was replaced at no charge, the advantage of buying at a retail stereo shop compared to the net. I know the net pricing is better but I didn't pay retail either.
Also have a 5 year warrenty on all my stuff and will take out my install for free when it'* time to get rid of the car.
