Looks great. I have been working on mine for a while mostly brainstorming/ trial and error. I am curious to know how you are putting the fabric on, where you got it, all kind of stuff. We need to meet up sometime.

the pole snaps out...just pull hard...its a metal bar with a platic tubing on it...pull from the the edge inwards
