How are your wires routed? The second pic makes it look like they are just loosly mounted.. are they?

Lookin good there, Jachin. I'd like to know how the wires will be routed too. Can you elaborate?

The visor looks a little thick. Have you considered mounting the screens without the rear housing?

Yeah, that was one option. I have to admit that in the end, certain elements of this might seem tacky. The screens were inexpensive, so i can live with them being a little thick, and im not putting the second visor back in, so it should seem about normal with them up. When i flip them down, it might be another matter, idk ill have to see. They are thick because i had to make some foam plates that attatced to the visor so the screens woudnt just stick out and also so i could mount them in the visors. I might go back later on anc cut out the back like you said, all depends on how satisfied i am with the final project. As for the wires, they are thicker than what i would like them to be, but for the most part, after i redo my headliner, they wont be seen. there is no way to run them through the visor mount

the plastic housing was maybe 3/8 along with the chipset id say about 1/2 inch. Im considering shaving down the back of the visor on the other other side considering it isnt fabriced yet, and comparing the 2. Like just about everything else i do, im not gunna get the best result the first time, or the second or third for that matter.
