My sons and I got the rear regulator out and it will take a little more then an adjustment. The plastic hook for the cable is broken so it won't hold the cable anymore. The cable is tangled.around the motor so I am going to replace the regulator. When we reinstall the regulator is there any specail adjustments we have to make? Please answer asap

no adjustments needed on the new regulator. Save the old one because if you keep the car long, you'll probably need another one and the old one is probably fixable.

Well for the first time in about 2 weeks I had my SSEi out today. Besides having no regulator in the drivers side back window today the battery was dead.We jumped it from my son'* Gran Prix. We did get it started and once I got the back window to stay up I drove it around all afternoon.It sure felt good. And on top of that I had a lens implant to fix a cataract in my right eye. Two weeks from now I go back in to fix the left eye. It is amazing how good that car looks when you can see it with good eyes.

I got Dorman window regulator 7-23. It took about 30 minutes to put it in.Work fine.
