Tranny prob...
First let me say hello to all the gearheads out there!! Hello!!
Now for the question.
I'm trying to help a friend with their car, 2000 Bonneville, but i'm at a loss on the newer trannies. The problem is when you put it in drive, there'* nothing...like you have it in neutral. It happened all of a sudden, no slippage or no signs of a burnt up tranny. Is there a sensor or a wiring harness that may have went bad or come loose to cause this?
Thanks in advance for your help. I'm trying to help them to save on repair costs but I'm thinking I may be in over my head. I've rebuilt trannies/engines in the past but that was back in the day of the easy ones...lol Thanks again,

First thing is check the fluid. Then check this guide and see if it helps.
