Default Dang it !!!! Tranny prob on my new Buick, help pls

Ok I bought the 2000 Lesabre with 25k on and its been sweet for 300 miles, now today, tranny is shifting HARD, bangs in and out at shift points. One guy told me its probably the EPC solenoid....Now if you Google NY State lemon law car warranty it looks like I have 90 days and 4k miles of warranty and this looks like a covered problem, any of you guys familure with this warranty ?

I called the dealer and he is getting me a car to drive and looking at it on Tuesday but when I said " this should be covered rght" he said " we have to see what it is first". I cnt believe this I thought this car was a cream puff

well.... took it back to the dealer he cleared the code and it didnt come back but I still had a fairly hard/firm shift from 4th to third, alll others were fne. They took it in and chgd the EPC solenoid and valve body, still acts the same....it shifts great until about 55 then you step down and it downshifts and you feel the hard shift...
I love this car but am concerned....they offered to put in a used tranny but with only 25k on the car I didnt like that idea

if I may put in 2 cents worth here,,,I just bought a 2000 buick lesabre limited with 177000
miles on it,,,,,,for my x wife,(we are friends)...I personally would not own a CAR. i have a geo tracker and a dodge ram 1500 4x4,. anyhow the CAR runs and drives nice,,i brought it to my place to service it,,,oil, oil filter, air filter, was low on coolant, filled that, decided to give the CAR the hell test,,i live in az. near laughlin nevada, there is an 11 mile long 6%
grade down to laughlin, this is the hell test,,,cars burn up on the grade every day.
I had no problem going down, I do not like the free wheeling of the buick transmission
had to downshift to 2nd for any slowing,,,,turned around went up the hill temp gauge
stayed in the center,,the puter readout got up to 208,,seemed ok.....got 3/4 way up the grade the check engine lite came on,,,temp was still ok........another 5 miles downhill to the turnoff to my shack,,,,the transmission shifted terrible, i thought it was going to self destruct ,,,,got home--was pissed--let it set till in the morning and all was
good again,,,,later in the week took a 25 mile trip to town, seemed to work ok.
I did smell coolant, finally found a leak,,,coolant bypass plastic crap was weeping....
we had planned to take this CAR for a trip to Calif,,,,,,,not a good thing
I have been reading a lot re the buick Crap transmission,,,,guess i'll try to sell it to another idiot.......hope yours works better

Considering this post is about 2 years old, I doubt anyone of the original posters will respond. And its usually frowned upon when old posts are dug up.
