OK, I just finished taking some pics and have put them on my comcast account. Go to http://home.comcast.net/~mattdoades/index.html and check out the pics.

The "tubing" was bought at Intense-Racing.com, is 3.5 inches in diameter, and I bought 3 feet of it. I think I only used around 2 feet, maybe a little more. The filter is a K&N 9" cone. Ignore the lack of PCM tray. I figured if I wrap the PCM in heavy plastic and use a heavy-duty zip tie it won't go anywhere and it keeps the water off of it. So far, so good.

If you have any questions, PM me and I'll try to help out.

Later
Matt

The PCM gets hot and should be allowed to breath. The PCM case itself is weatherproof so that should not be an issue. If your looking for a great way to mount your PCM check out our PCM Tray

The FWI does give the supercharger more of an apparent whine, which is pretty cool, plus it really wakes the engine up. I'm sure a CAI would do the same. If you're planning to do your own FWI, I would recommend using intense-racing.com "tubing" as it is very smooth on the inside allowing airflow to pass very easily. Others use PVC pipe found at just about any local hardware store, but it takes much more ability to build it.

As far as boost bypass, check out this website http://www.mccgp.com/upgrades/boostb...ost_bypass.php as it explains it perfectly.

Rogue: Thanks for the input on the PCM. Now that I know the PCM case is waterproof, I will remove the plastic and let it stay cool.
