I'd call 5-6 low for stock. Depending on rpm and air density. High end of rpms should net you 7-8 typically...but then... the gauge could be slightly off.

From a dead start I had about 6-7 with a stock pulley. The gauges are not trustable. I wouldn't worry much about 5, although a bit low, still within the margin of error.
