The other day my front passenger-side window didn't work. It was as if the switch was disconnected. Neither the switch in the passenger-side door nor the switch in the driver-side door would do anything. I wasn't in a place where it was quiet enough to hear if a relay was clicking or not.
This evening, it worked just fine. When it didn't work, it was about 70 degrees out. This evening it was probably about 60 degrees. Those temps don't seem to be extreme to me.
Anybody have any ideas?

We've had a few issues where the fronts bind up mechanically. Giving it a good whack can often free it up. If not, taking the door panel off, and removing and reinstalling the motor starts things working. Other times, like yours, it just starts working again on its own.

Thanks! Next time I'll try slamming the door while simultaneously holding the switch to open the window. That should point to what you are saying...
Bummer too, I just had the door panel off a month or so ago to re-seal the water deflector.

Thanks for the advice again Archon.
I decided to try the "slam the door" trick while holding the switch, and presto the window works, don't know for how long, but pretty easy fix for now!
