Please keep discussion to the original poster'* problem. Diagnosing multiple peoples' moonroof problems gets cunfusing.

Mac, to vent, close the sunroof. Then push up (toward the roof) on the back edge of the button. The button will roll and the rear of the sunroof will open up. (Thanks to Echo for helping me find this)
