Default Moon Roof problem

Well I just purchased a 2001 SLE and the moonroof doesnt work. Before i take it in, do you guys know of anything i should check out before i take it in to a mechanic to be fixed? If you guys know of any ways for me to do it myself, that would be great. and if any of you guys know how much this will cost me?
Currently, theres absolutely no power or no motor noise. But the overhead instrument panel buttons work but when i try to open the moonroof, i dont get any response. thanks

So back to the main question.. does anybody know where the moonroof fuse is and what it would be labeled as? i have checked the engine fuse box and the fuse box under the rear seat and i can not find anywhere that would give me a clue about a moonroof fuse.

Another question... the overhead console where the moonroof switch is located, does that console piece pop off? i tryed to open it but it seemed as though i would have to put a great deal of pressure to open it. thanks

The electrical diagram shows that fuse 22 (RAP) in the rear fuse box, sends power through the RAP relay, which sends power to the control module.
