so basically if that fuse isnt bad than its the motor you think?

Not necessarily. There are a lot of things between the fuse and motor that could cause the problem, including the relay, switch, and control module. It would take some voltage measurements to find out where the problem is.

I can PM the schematic to you if you'd like, if you want to do some trouble shooting, and understand those things. Or you can signup at alldatadiy.com and go through the trouble-shooting tips there. A good source for a lot of information on the car. It doesn't replace the FSM, but will do for most things.

just to let you guys know, my relay module was bad so i had to get that placed and got everything fixed from a local guy for under 100 bucks. So thanks for everybodys help.
