Is there any chance you can get a wideband O2? I wonder if your AFR is lean. I'm really starting to run out of ideas here. Would really help if you could get a good scan to see what'* going on.

EUREKA!!!! Found the problem. I have checked this numerous times but nothing. It is the UIM. There is pooling under the sc. I wonder if the seafoam yesterday cleaned it out enough to let it pool. I dunno but there is now.
BTW, the flow test on the cat was fine.

It will be fixed under warranty, so I don't know which gasket they will use. They are going to do the intermediate steering shaft and all the engine/transaxle mounts too. $50 deductible on my service contract. The good thing is that I have checked and verified everything else that could have caused this problem. LOL. A bit of a headache but it is good to know. When they get it fixed it is getting a tranny flush, filter and shift kit. Radiator flush and all the fluids replaced with Royal Purple synthetic.

Ok, intake manifold gaskets changed, new coil packs. Problem got a lot better. #1 Cylinder is missing a little. Have new autolite plugs and borg-warner wires to install tomorrow. We think that will solve it. The gaskets were toast. I will let you know.
