Default I am ready to call and donate this thing!

I am at the end of my rope.
2001 bonneville 179000 miles.
Started a month ago having issues with it. It has left me stranded now 7 times.

I have replaced so far in order of first to last:
Ignition modal
2 coils
maf sensor
battery
O2 sensor
fuel pump
crankshaft position sensor
plugged catalytic converter

The car will stall when its warm. It may take 15 min, it may take 2 hours.
This last time it stalled I tested for voltage at the Ignition modal and I have 12.4 volts. The car will not throw any codes.

I am looking for any suggestions.

How hard is it to restart it when it does stall?

I'm kinda leaning towards the IAC valve.

Sorry I should have included that it does not want to start till it cools down. 1-2 hours. While trying to start it after it stalls it will crank just fine but act like there is no fuel. Even though I have 50 PSI of pressure.

What do you have for diagnostic equipment?

The first thing that comes to mind based on the symptoms is Crank Position sensor, because if that fails, the computer just simply won't see the engine turning, and you are describing the exact behaviors based on a failure of such. I would also check wiring and everything too.

I would be scanning live data myself, to try and figure out what is missing. Are you getting spark? Injector pulse?

I am also wondering what can be discovered by selectively cooling components when the issue presents itself (they make products that do this, water can work too)

When it won't start, that'* when diagnosis begins....

We know you have fuel pressure....

Do you have spark from all 6 terminals?

Do you have injector pulse from the injector harnesses?

Will the vehicle start if you spray carb cleaner into the intake?

Pull the vac line from the F/P regulator and see if there is fuel in the line....

Disconnect the MAF sensor and see if the vehicle starts....

Got the new crank sensor installed. No change with that.

I do not believe I have a spark issue because I have power to the coils when the issue happens. I would agree if it ran bad cause there could be one or 2 coil packs go bad at the same time but I don't think all 3 would have an issue simultaneously every time it stalls.

Not sure how to check pulse at the injector.

I will try the carb cleaner next time as well as the MAF sensor.

Not sure where the vac line is your talking about.

Thanks to all that have posted!

If the coils are getting power at key on, then I think the ICM controls them by switching grounds then. The spark confirms the coils are being triggered. Also, you can confirm that you are receiving spark and not fuel by introducing an outside fuel source, like carb cleaner or starter fluid. The engine will run while it'* being sprayed.

You can get a small bulb (194 or 16 and straighten out the wires, and stick the wires into the back side of the injector wire harness. If the injectors are being triggered, you will see the light blinking.

For testing the FPR Vac line mentioned, see this video, the part you want to see starts around the 1:50 mark.

You're very welcome, if you do smell fuel coming from that vac line, and or after a minute or two you see a little gas coming out if it, then replace it immediately, these have been known to fail and cause the plastic Upper Intake Manifolds to explode.
