Default How Do You Unplug Harness From PCM?

I want to remove the air box to dust it out and maybe put some plastic protectant on it. I need to disconnect the PCM from the harness connector. I'm already aware of disconnecting the negative battery terminal. Question: After loosening the two screws attaching the harness connector to the PCM, how hard do I pull on the connector? As you can see, I'm trying to take the cautious approach to this.

MAC, loosen the fasteners for C1 & C2 (80 pin connectors) then gently disconnect. Be careful not to touch any pins on the PCM connector receptacles for fear of electrostatic discharge (ESD). This can fry ic chips internal to the PCM.

Uh, Bill, the FSM doesn't really call out bolt sizes, but it does indicate that the PCM connectors shall be torqued to 71 in lbs.
