Cutlass442, would you happen to have that part number for the clip handy? Thanks.

Cutlass442
Please post trhe clip number. I have a 2004 Bonneville without the filter. Anything that will help to keep the car cleaner on the inside is alright with me.

The Fram filter arrived last Thursday and was installed that evening. We took a 600 mile trip to PA and back this weekend and I did not notice any loss of performance in the heating, cooling, or window defrost functions of the air system and we used all three of the systems. It was cold and wet all weekend. During the trip my wife does not like to have open windows so the AC was on even though the outside temp was 65 degrees.

Cutlass442 thank you for your help.

95SLE - glad yours worked out. Mine is still performing and I had it on the highway last weekend with no problems.

Just so everybody knows, only the 2000+ models were available with the cabin air filter. anything older than 2000 didn't have one.
