Unusually warm 2 day anf I went outside and dug around hood and pulled up all the Northstar plastic for a good looksee and found that the Cabin Air filter and assembly is missing. Before I call Mr Goodwrench bitchin I thought I'd ask, if others dont have either,...The Cabin clean air system was on the literature and on the placard next to my GXP in showroom. And it'* the same system as my LaCrosseCxl. which had in place when I bought it...???
m ine didnt have one either, however looking in the service manual lists RPO code or K12 to have the cabin filter, im thinking that the ONLY difference with the option is the filter itself, and not the cover or anything, see if you have a K12 code on your RPO list, im going to do the same in the morning

think theres more to it then just the filter though, at least was in my LaCrosse, I'll wait till daylight and look under the spare lid for RPO

Hmph....one would think that the filter system would be a "standard" on all mods, especially the GXP...seems like you should have one. Even mine has one...changed it in December at Boosty'* house....it was dirty (had 48k miles on it) I wonder if its supposed to be in the same place as on mine?
Edit: PontiacGXP posted same time as me...seems as though you don't have one...
