I agree!
Contact GM Customer Service.
After the 3 month catalytic converter fiasco of mine,
GM is going to reimburse me 2 payments that the Bonnie was sitting at the dealers.
(Remember, I only had mine 10 days before it went to the shop for 3 months!)

The dealers may suck, but it seems that GM or Pontiac wants us to be happy!

I have had very bad experience with a GM dealership. I posted some on it earlier this summer but have been so discusted since I have not shared. Now to make matter worse I have a very bazaar experience with another dealership I took the same car too. I cant go into details but a trans problem that I had was not worked on but is mysteriously gone. Ever know a car to fix itself - DOCTOR, can you spell DOCTOR ?

I know how to undo the bandaid.

Do you know that any GM dealer can type your VIn in the computor and get all its history ? Then call what ever previous dealer and get the low down on the car and YOU and your experience and history as a customer.

GM'* dealerships are one of GM'* largest problems. I asked a very good friend that runs a service shop "who hires tecs that just graduated ? " He said "not me, I wont hire those rookies " Dealerships hire them".
