Default Wacky Windows

I'm not sure if this applies to your 2001 SSEi but this was the cure for my wacky windows, door locks and other "ghost in the machine" issues in my 2000 SSEi.

The problem was a corroded connector under the driver'* seat due to wet carpets from leaking sunroof drain tubes. Have a look at https://www.gmforum.com/t274001/ and https://www.gmforum.com/t250619/
