Default Update on Previous Transmission issues.

Well i'm back with details.

It was a band that initially broke. it caused problems with other things as he suspected. here is an inventory list of what was replaced.

Gasket seal kit...215.74
filter...16.31
band...62.45
solenoid...62.44
stator bushing...10.46
solenoid (2)...67.64
torque converter...234.00

other charges

fuel...10.00
transmission oil (12) @6.00...72.00

GRAND TOTAL FOR ALL PARTS...806.62

he told me the band was replaced the first time around, but for some unknown reason, failed. by the end of the entire process i was irritated, and felt i paid a great deal over price. too late now, everything is said and done. I got my bonneville back, and she runs great. still a goofy wa wa wa wa noise when i start her up, but thats been there for as long as i'v had it. thank you for your imput on everything.

There are some things that cost money and you can't avoid, which sucks. Glad to hear she'* back up and running!
