Ok cool guys, i will do that this friday. 
Cheatah, i really dont know how many miles where on it, cuz i got the car with 151K, now has 177K.
The way the Factory gasket looked and the Fluid, im thinking it was only done Never or only once

ok Well, i changed the Fluid again, Filter and fixed the line that was loose. But still did it this morning 
So i have no idea now, I think some time next week im going to stop by a trans place that i trust and ask them some question.

You said its fine once it warms up right?
Have you tried what another member stated? shift into first and see if you get anything?
Could be a Tranny pump getting weak as well

Yup, it works 100% when its warm.
and i have dont many many tst with going into 1st, Rev, 2nd, D, OD, N, all sorts of different orders and times and waiting and stuff.
Nothing works, you just got to fiddle with it untill it goes into gear. Most of the time i get it to work in 1st, affter i go from P to 1st like 3 times and tap the gas just a bit so i dont Slam it in.
But im really Clueless on this one :( :?

That sounds more like the Tranny pump is getting weak.... Might be due for a rebuild, or a Bill Boost special
