is this a starter problem?
94 bonneville, approximately 190,000 miles.....
Noticed today that my car was having a little more trouble starting than usual. Ended up stopping on a few errands around time, each time with it being a little more difficult to start.
Got home, came back out to the car thinking this was a battery issue. Tried to start it again, motor slowly turns. Tried once again, and now nothing. I figured it was the battery, got it tested. It was good, but talked the man into swapping anyways. So, now it has a brand new battery.
Came back home, put new battery in, and once again nothing. All lights, radio, etc work. Just no turn of the motor.
I removed the starter and will get it tested tomorrow. Does this sound like a starter issue, or is there something else I should be alerted to? Thanks for any help.

corrosion could be an issue too. esp being 13-14 years since it came off the line.
regardless if the starter is good or not, cleaning the cables at both ends is a must. you could even replace the cables if you want to go all out.
