The security light stayed on for a few cycles and is now out. What if it stayed on but still started?

Default 93 Buick Park Ave will not start, NO SECURITY Light

Spot on , the 1993 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM MANUAL IS WRONG. The 93 is as shown and secured by two 5mm screws . mine had one. The black box has a with dimensions 4.5 X 3 X 1.25 " . Green 16 pin connector with a squeeze tab for disconnecting the module. . White label "PASS-KEY II' wit a PN number. ?
Passkey on column replaced both white wires are good with correct resistor key. No SECURITY LIGHT? Key on bridge the starter solenoid with screw driver, Tries to briefly start, will not run. Next my plan is to bridge the relay contacts 30 to 87. This should? bypass Passkey system? Footnote. not sure for my lower dash is removed. Removing the glove box may allow removal of this module?
