hello, i am getting a scanner code po118. (coolent temp sensor high) i replaced the sensor but am still getting the same code. the view data on the scanner (actron cp9145) indicated the coolent temp to be 304 degrees after driving only 2 miles. i am obviously getting a wrong reading.. is this an indication the powertrain control module (pcm) needs replacing? i am also getting apparent malfunctions in the malfunction indicator system. the engine bay lights off and on on the car information center and chimes. i looked at the pcm, but am unable to disconncet the wireing harnesss. i got one but the other two are being difficult. the gm dealer won't even work on a car over 10 yrs old if you can believe that. he also stated they charge 100.00 to program the computer..sounds like a ripoff. not having any driveability problems at this time.. thanks for any help. vernon
