Default oil pressure gauge

why is it when I turn my car on the oil pressure goes all the way to the right over 140? is the gauge screwed?

-my fuel gauge is already f*cked btw, I rely on the trip odomoter to fillup my car.. lol

could be the sender going out or the cluster is falty....best would be to get a mechanical gague on it to make sure
