Default Need help ! Funky oil pressure gauge!

I have a 92 SSE with only 95K on it and recently I noticed that the oil pressure gauge fluctuates in readings as I am driving. When I start it up the oil pressure reads at about 80 on the gauge but after about 20 mins of driving the readings fall and "teeters" around 20. After that it rises and stedily bounces around the 40 mark on the gauge. I just changed the oil about 3 weeks ago (Mobile oil w/ Mobile Filter) and see no leak. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this fluctuation with my oild pressure gauge. Any help would be greatly appreciated
