Here is a link to a circuit that can be used to controll fan turn on. It would be a pain to build and hook up but sone people like to do this sort of stuff.

Can a Tech 2 Scantool re-write the factory set constants in the pcm to turn the fans on high speed operation at a lower temperature? Long question, I know.
