Dose any one know what the size speed and amount of air moved by the fan for the radiotor. Also Is there any way to test if the fan works Since I have never herd it on.

Let your car idle. It should come on by 200, low speed. Turn your climate control to Auto (causing the AC compressor to come on) and the fans should go to high speed.
