Default How to pull codes from '94 se?

Does anybody know how to pull codes from my '94. It has an OBD 2 plug-in but nobody can seem to get codes out of this thing. I believe it has the OBD "1.5" setup I keep reading about. Please help. I am trying to diagnose a few problems -- check old thread:

If I'm not mistaken,I believe 93 is the last year codes can be pulled from the connector. You'll have to go to the nearest Advance,AutoZone or other parts store with a code reader.

Where are you located, there may be a member close by with a scanner

OBD 1.5 has OBD 1 codes and the OBD 2 connector. I beleive they need to use an OBD 2 cord and an OBD 1 reader.

I have the plugs for both OBD I and OBD II and the scantool reads either I or II. My 95 uses the II plug and the OBD I software. I'm just west of Philly. Are you over in jersey? I'd be happy to help any members who are stuck for a read.

Incorrect. 94/95 use an OBD2 connector and OBD2 codes, but OBD1 communication protocols.
